Account

In order to use our many services, you can create an account with us. You agree to always keep the information of your account and any applications accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for your account's security and for all activities that occur on your account. You must notify Viet Embassy immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may be liable for any loss caused by your account that Viet Embassy or others incur.

Violation of any of these Terms of Service may lead to suspension or termination of your account and services.

Rules of Use

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. You will comply with all applicable laws.
2. You will not use the services in a manner that interferes with the operations of Viet Embassy's websites or networks or another entity's networks.
3. You will provide government-issued photo identification and debit/credit card scans as required for verification when requested.

Payment

You acknowledge and agree to supply appropriate advanced payment for the services received from Viet Embassy.

Viet Embassy reserves the right to change service prices and any other charges at any time, with or without notification.

Refunds

Viet Embassy will provide refund for services that cannot be successfully fulfilled at our discretion.

Violation of the Terms of Service may waive the refund policy.

Reserved Rights

Viet Embassy expressly reserves the right to deny, cancel, terminate, suspend, lock, or modify access to or control of any account or services for any reason as determined by Viet Embassy in our sole discretion, including without limitation to the following: to comply with applicable law; to correct mistakes made by Viet Embassy in offering services; to assist with our fraud and abuse detection and prevention efforts; to comply with requests of law enforcement; to comply with any dispute resolution process; to defend any legal action or threatened legal action without consideration for whether such legal action or threatened legal action is eventually determined to be with or without merit; or to avoid any civil or criminal liability on the part of Viet Embassy, our officers, directors, employees and agents, users, as well as Viet Embassy's affiliates.

You specifically acknowledge and agree that your use of this website and the services found at this site shall be at your own risk and that this site and our services are provided “as is”, “as available”, and “with all faults.” Viet Embassy, our officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, statutory, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This includes wrong delivery, no delivery, and any and all service casualty caused by Viet Embassy.

In addition, you specifically acknowledge and agree that no oral or written information or advice provided by Viet Embassy, unless otherwise explicitly stated, will (i) constitute legal or financial advice or (ii) create a warranty of any kind with respect to our website or services, and users should not rely on such information or advice.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viet Embassy from any claims, demands, costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages of every kind and nature, including without limitation attorneys' fees, imposed upon or incurred by Viet Embassy directly or indirectly arising from our services provided to you. The indemnification obligations under this section shall survive any termination or expiration of these terms or your use of our services.
